disappointing nikon

haven't taken the mrt for a really very long long time.

wee siang and myself took the train from orchard mrt station
to cityhall station to avoid overcrowded carparks.

we went up to the level 4, looking for the nikon booth.
surprisingly, canon, samsung, pentax and all the other megabrands
were there except for nikon.

we thought: probably, it's on the 6th floor.
then we made our way to the exhibition centre at level 6.
we looked high and low, but no nikon balloons were to be found.
and just that when we were about to leave, weesiang said: hey, steven, here here...
and to my astonishment, it's nikon booth: just 3 glass cabinet small!
i supposed it's at the most 2 x 3m.

when we asked the nikon salesperson why is the booth so small,
he said: oh, because carrefour's our distributor this time round,
so we only have a small booth to showcase our products.

my goodness, such a prestigious brand's marketed in such a disappointing way.
no sales of lens, no sales of external flashes...

*faint*
what a wasted trip!
